		<description>Thank you for pointing out the differences in potatoes and their uses.  I'm always a little confused as to what potato is best for the recipe I have.  My mother always used Michiagn whites and so I had to learn a whole new world of potatoes when I got married, (many years ago) and am still unsure of them all.</description>

		<description>I didn't see this article, but it's an interesting inquiry.  I never do shrimp recipes, even though I love them.  (Can't really say why I don't).  I wasn't doing much fish at home, even though I love it, because I don't like my house to smell like food after it's been eaten.  But, I am getting a new range and hood soon, so fish will be back on the menu!  (I also should grill it but I get worried about the handling).  I think when I get the range (and kitchen back), I should find both a good shrimp and a good fish recipe and hop to it!</description>
