I do take requests from the other members of the household. Last night, the request was for a simple Sunday-style dinner: roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and I added a green salad. Here’s a tip from French bistros: Drizzle in a small spoonful of the chicken juices when tossing the salad. Yum.
