Homemade Broth Is Worth It!

Lots of disruptions this week, so not a lot of cooking going on. I did make a rather insipid tortellini soup, and I learned an important lesson: Even when in a hurry, it is not worth it to substitute packaged broth for homemade in a soup that relies primarily on the flavor of the broth. I should make stock this weekend!
